Job description

VIDIZMO is a US-headquartered AI and enterprise video intelligence company, recognized as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and enterprises worldwide. Our AI-Powered Intelligence Hub leverages large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal AI to deliver capabilities such as automated tagging, redaction, facial detection, sentiment analysis, and secure video/data management at scale.
As we expand into new public sector and enterprise markets, we are investing in building strategic alliances that extend our reach and accelerate adoption of our platform - particularly in public safety and government verticals.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to identify, structure, and grow strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue and market expansion. Unlike a transactional channel sales role, this position is focused on building high-value, long-term alliances - with technology partners, resellers, and system integrators - that open new markets and deepen VIDIZMO's presence in public sector and public safety segments.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with a strategic mindset, and brings a proven track record in IT/enterprise sales or partnerships, ideally with SaaS-based products sold into government or public safety markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Identification & Strategy
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential strategic partners (technology vendors, resellers, SIs) aligned with VIDIZMO's public sector growth strategy
  • Build and maintain a partnership roadmap tied to revenue and market-expansion goals
  • Assess partner fit based on market presence, technical capability, and existing public sector relationships

Partnership Structuring & Negotiation
  • Design and negotiate partnership agreements, including co-sell models, revenue-share structures, and reseller terms
  • Align contractual terms with legal, finance, and sales leadership
  • Establish clear mutual success metrics and governance structures for each partnership

Public Sector Sales Support
  • Support partners throughout the full public sector sales cycle - from opportunity identification through procurement and close
  • Help partners navigate RFPs, compliance requirements, and government buying processes
  • Provide deal support, positioning guidance, and competitive intelligence tailored to public safety use cases (e.g., law enforcement, emergency management, justice systems)

Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for signed strategic partners
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to track performance against agreed KPIs (partner-sourced revenue, deal size, pipeline growth)
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and strengthen partner engagement over time

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, marketing, and direct sales teams to align messaging and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Feed public sector market intelligence back into product and leadership planning
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager and broader sales team to ensure alignment between partnership strategy and day-to-day channel execution

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development
  • Demonstrated, quantifiable track record in sales or partnership-driven revenue growth (e.g., partner-sourced revenue, deal size, pipeline contribution, peer ranking)
  • Experience working within or selling into the public sector required; public safety experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise products strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and partner-led selling motions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across both partner organizations and internal teams
  • Experience structuring formal partnership/reseller agreements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network of relationships with system integrators, resellers, or technology vendors serving government/public safety markets
  • Background in AI, video intelligence, data analytics, or adjacent enterprise software categories
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or similar public sector compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing multi-region or multi-country partnership portfolios

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive structure
  • Opportunity to shape VIDIZMO's strategic partnership strategy from an early stage
  • Work with a Microsoft Solutions Partner at the forefront of AI innovation
  • High-ownership, low-bureaucracy culture with direct access to leadership
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI/LLM-powered enterprise products

VIDIZMO is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
