Channel Marketing Specialist

Hansung Beauty Group


We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Channel Marketing Specialist to support retail and distribution channel growth across North America.

This role will focus on executing channel-specific marketing programs that drive sell-through, retail visibility, and promotional performance. The ideal candidate understands how to translate brand strategy into retail activation and measurable results.


Key Responsibilities


1. Retail Channel Execution


  • Support marketing initiatives across key retail partners (e.g., Ulta, Target, Costco, specialty beauty, grocery)
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, endcaps, and secondary placements
  • Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution
  • Assist in retail media coordination (Ulta Media, Target Roundel, Amazon Ads, etc.)


2. Trade Marketing & Promotion Support


  • Track and manage TPDs, markdown programs, and co-op initiatives
  • Support retailer line reviews with marketing decks and performance insights
  • Coordinate promotional forecasting with Sales and Operations teams
  • Monitor trade spend ROI and effectiveness


3. Campaign & Content Coordination


  • Align digital campaigns with retail launch timelines
  • Coordinate with creative teams for channel-specific assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints
  • Support influencer or paid media activations tied to retail events


4. Reporting & Analytics


  • Track sell-through lift during promotional periods
  • Prepare weekly/monthly channel performance reports
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Support executive-level reporting for key accounts


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 24 years experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing
  • Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG preferred
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience with retail promotional programs
  • Highly organized with strong project management ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
