  • Drive partner compliance, engagement, and progression within the program.
  • Track program performance and recommend improvements to enhance partner value.

Channel Partner Communication
  • Maintain structured communication with partners on promotions, campaigns, launches, and updates.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for distributor partners.
  • Ensure partners understand program expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop clear, concise partner-facing communications and updates.

Marketing Enablement & Outreach
  • Champion marketing resources, tools, and brand guidelines.
  • Support partners with campaign execution, co-marketing, and localized outreach.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts across global regions.
  • Maintain and update partner marketing assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support coordination of partner-focused events, including partner webinars, channel trainings, and distributor meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to align messaging and execution.
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights to improve programs and materials.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities through channel-aligned and channel-owned co-marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that guide data-driven decision-making and optimize channel partner performance.

Partner Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Develop and manage an integrated sales and marketing onboarding process for new channel partners and key team members within channel partner organizations, ensuring alignment on brand standards, program expectations, platform access, and marketing resources from day one.
  • Maintain an offboarding process that ensures clean transitions, continuity of communication, and proper access when partners or key team members exit.

Reporting & Operations
  • Track partner activity, program usage, and campaign performance using Excel and internal systems.
  • Drive partner compliance with reporting requirements, including timely submission of campaign performance data and marketing metrics aligned to shared program goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communications, promotions, and partner status.
  • Support international distributor needs, including time-zone coordination and regional nuances.

What You Bring
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.

Experience
  • 5-7 years in marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • 2-3 years working directly with channel distributors, resellers, or partner ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience supporting international partners or global programs is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Experience in channel or partner marketing.
  • High proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Preferred Skills

Who You Are
