Location: Onsite - Holly Springs, NC (EST preferred)
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 7 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $63/$69 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Drive and manage cross-functional organizational strengthening initiatives as an experienced Project Manager supporting the North Carolina site for a large biotech pharmaceutical leader. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leadership to promote effective workforce planning, change management, and continuous organizational improvement. Deliver strategic workshops, operational readiness activities, and capacity-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the Organizational Strengthening Workstream
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops, strategic discussions, and stakeholder alignment meetings
  • Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams
  • Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely execution of action items
  • Develop communication strategies, reporting tools, and provide updates to senior leadership
  • Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities for successful adoption
  • Create workshop materials, dashboards, meeting documentation, and implementation plans
  • Identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and resource needs
  • Ensure workshop outcomes are translated into actionable execution plans in partnership with business teams
