This is a key leadership role that will own and manage project plans across real estate, acquisitions, business operations, and internal process improvements.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and efficiency—a spreadsheet-savvy individual who can see the bigger picture while managing granular details. This person will be instrumental in keeping the company’s initiatives on track.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, driving execution, and tackling complex projects with a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight amp; Execution

  • Oversee and manage project plans across all areas of the business, including real estate acquisitions, construction, operational improvements, and internal company projects.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met across 20+ apartment complexes and other company ventures.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying risks and roadblocks to keep projects moving.
  • Work closely with leadership, property management, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Real Estate amp; Investment Project Management

  • Own and drive capital event projects—from acquiring and selling properties to refinancing deals—by coordinating with banks, legal teams, and financial partners.
  • Develop step-by-step project plans for each new purchase, ensuring compliance, permits, and logistics are in place for smooth acquisitions and renovations.
  • Be on-site as needed to supervise major project milestones and provide hands-on coordination.

Cross-Functional Business Support

  • Manage non-real estate projects, restructuring operational processes, or implementing new company-wide initiatives.
  • Support vendor management and process improvements across various departments.
  • Collaborate with department leads to enhance operational efficiency and ensure projects align with business goals.

Communication amp; Reporting

  • Provide daily project updates to the leadership team and maintain clear documentation of timelines, budgets, and action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related decisions and execution strategies.
  • Report to leadership on a weekly basis while ensuring cross-functional teams have daily visibility into project progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associates' degree required (Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).
  • 2+ years of real estate project management or construction management experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of project management experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills required—you should be comfortable working with data, tracking budgets, and creating project reports.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot between projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys taking ownership of large-scale initiatives.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% (company-paid) to visit properties and project sites.

  • Play a critical role in a rapidly growing company with diverse business ventures.
  • Gain exposure to real estate, finance, operations, and business strategy.
  • Work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are valued.
