The organization is undergoing a transformation, standardizing and scaling work, preparing for Adobe Northstar, and implementing AI-enabled marketing initiatives under new VP leadership and an enhanced Adobe support package. This is tied to a broader Marketing Operations transformation effort that is underway across the organization. The primary goals are to standardize and scale how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem while improving operational efficiency, visibility, and adoption of our core Adobe and marketing technology platforms.
