Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Management, or Business Transformation.
  • Experience managing change initiatives for business or technology projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with change impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Product development side
