We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Change Management Partner based in our Irvine, CA* office!
The Change Management Partner reports to the HR Enablement Manager and will help guide our organization through meaningful transformation with people at the heart of everything we do. You'll partner closely with HR, Supply Chain leaders, and cross-functional teams to shape change experiences that are clear, supportive, and impactful. General Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR and Supply Chain business stakeholders to lead the people side of change for enterprise initiatives (e.g., systems implementations, process transformation, policy changes)
  • Develop and execute change strategies aligned to business goals, including: stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness evaluation, communication and engagement plans, training and reinforcement strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate resistance, build sponsorship, and role-model change
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that helps employees understand why the change matters and how it impacts them
  • Leverage data, feedback, and metrics to measure adoption and effectiveness of change efforts
  • Build change management capability across the business through coaching, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers, communications partners, and learning teams to ensure change efforts are integrated and cohesive
  • Continuously evolve change management approaches based on lessons learned and emerging best practices

Work Schedule + Benefits:
  • Full-time, Exempt
  • Pay Range: $73,000-$96,000/annualized salary.
  • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5 PM. Will include travel to our Chino Facility about two times per week.
  • Some scheduling flexibility is required for off-site meetings and travel to additional satellite offices.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading change for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci or similar)
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills-written, verbal, and executive-level
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels of the organization
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a people-centered mindset
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Change management certification (Prosci, PMP, or similar)
  • Experience in project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations (HCM, ERP, benefits, payroll, etc.)
  • Background in HR Enablement, People Operations, or Transformation teams

Work Location Details
In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company's western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948. Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029. We are sharing this information early so candidates can make informed decisions while considering a career with In-N-Out Burger.
