This role is hybrid in office 4 days per wek and one remote in our clients Lone Tree, CO office.
Are you a visionary leader passionate about guiding organizations through transformative change? We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management professional to make a significant impact on our most critical enterprise-wide initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind successful adoption of new processes and systems, directly influencing employee engagement and operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support comprehensive change management efforts for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
* Champion and implement robust change management strategies, including impact analysis, readiness assessments, and sponsor roadmaps, to effectively guide individuals through transitions.
* Drive the full lifecycle of change communications and training, from design and development to delivery and ongoing management.
* Oversee change coordination, status reporting, and roadmap planning, ensuring consistency and motivation throughout the change journey.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with project teams, partners, and senior leaders to facilitate plan execution, resolve challenges, and mitigate resistance.
* Provide expert coaching and guidance to senior leaders, empowering them to excel as effective change sponsors.
* Continuously monitor the progress of change plans, gather feedback, evaluate outcomes, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives for new business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures.
* Demonstrated ability to reduce employee resistance and accelerate the adoption of new behaviors.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and client-facing employees.
