Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Management Lead to support a multi-year transformational program aligned to Finance value streams (e.g., Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R)). This role owns the integrated change plan across releases/waves (including change governance and readiness criteria), drives stakeholder engagement and leader enablement, and partners with the Enterprise Change communications and training teams to deliver effective change interventions. The Change Management Lead will also define and track change insights (impact, readiness, adoption, effectiveness) using agreed KPIs and lead post-go-live reinforcement to sustain adoption.

About the Program: This role drives change across programs and releases associated with its assigned capability area/value stream (e.g., O2C or R2R). Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow enabling operational efficiency and scalability, including a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support change initiatives
  • Own and maintain an integrated change plan aligned to the program roadmap (e.g., releases/waves), including dependencies, key milestones, and change governance cadence
  • Partner with program leadership and workstreams on release readiness and cutover readiness by defining change readiness criteria and ensuring change activities are complete prior to go-live
  • Identify change impacts and business criteria to support each change impact to ensure all aspects of the change are considered and solved
  • Identify key stakeholders and conduct stakeholder analysis to understand concerns, motivations, influence, and engagement needs
  • Identify and address resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Develop workstream specific content for communications to ensure understanding of and buy-in for the change
  • Partner with the Enterprise Change communications team by providing value-stream/workstream inputs, validating messaging, and enabling leader and manager cascades to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver targeted training programs for impacted employees
  • Customize training materials to address specific needs and learning preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and foster a positive change culture within the organization
  • Establish a network of change champions to drive change and provide guidance and support to empower them in their roles
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders to help facilitate successful change adoption
  • Develop leader/manager enablement (e.g., toolkits, talking points, FAQs, stakeholder conversation guides) to reinforce adoption and equip leaders to manage change locally
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and employees to ensure alignment and communication of change initiatives
  • Define and track change insights (e.g., change impact, readiness, adoption, and effectiveness) using agreed KPIs; use findings to drive targeted interventions and continuous improvement
  • Lead post-go-live reinforcement by partnering in hypercare, capturing feedback, monitoring adoption and performance signals, and driving targeted action plans to sustain change
  • Align change plans and deliverables to the Enterprise Change Management standards, metrics, and best practices established for the program
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices and methodologies

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a focus on human resources, change management, project management or business management
  • Minimum of 5 years of change management and/or transformation experience and/or equivalent discipline
  • Proven experience in successfully leading change initiatives, preferably in transformational or organizational change settings
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, including listening to others and accepting and providing feedback
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Finance value streams and processes (e.g., O2C and/or R2R); ability to translate process impacts into change and adoption activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on human resources or change management
  • Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
  • Experience supporting ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred), ideally within Finance process areas such as O2C and/or R2R
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation projects with the ability to inspire and motivate others, build consensus, and effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in semiconductor industry

  • High level of emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with the concerns and perspectives of employees impacted by the changes

Expected Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
