Job Description:
Role Summary
This contractor supports enterprise and transformation level initiatives by executing change management activities and developing clear, engaging communications that help employees understand what's changing, why it matters, and what's expected of them.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support change managers in executing core change management activities (stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness inputs)
  • Draft and maintain change communications including:
    • Emails, announcements, talking points, FAQs, and leader toolkits
  • Tailor messaging by audience (leaders, people managers, employees)
  • Partner with training and change leads to ensure communications align with learning moments and rollout timing
  • Maintain communications calendars and support sequencing of messages
  • Support leader enablement by preparing cascade materials and presentations
  • Track communication deliverables and help gather feedback or engagement dat
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project communications
  • Strong writing and editing skills for business and employee audiences
  • Familiarity with basic change management concepts (e.g., impacts, adoption, resistance)
  • Experience creating PowerPoint decks and written communications
  • Comfortable working in fast moving, evolving environments
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to organizational change frameworks (Prosci or similar)
  • Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives
