Job description

Position summary The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption. Working closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders, this role supports assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, while adapting to project and stakeholder needs. The role supports development and delivery of communications and training activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, reporting and dashboard updates, and adoption and business readiness tracking to support successful implementation of change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.

Job duties and responsibilities Deliver assigned change workstreams, including planning, executing, and tracking activities against project milestones, objectives and outcomes. Conduct change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis and summarize insights to inform change strategies. Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, adapting approaches based on stakeholder and business needs.

Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and Change Leads to support execution of change initiatives across global, cross-functional programs. Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including gathering input on influence and resistance, maintaining contact lists, scheduling interviews, workshops, and briefings, and synthesizing information to inform strategy. Assess change-related risks, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Own the creation and distribution of targeted communications, including emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and reference materials, tailoring messaging and delivery approaches based on stakeholder and business needs while ensuring alignment with overall strategy. Develop, coordinate and deliver training materials and activities, including creating and updating materials, scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback collection. Track and analyze adoption and business readiness metrics and contribute to dashboards and reports that identify trends, risks, and areas requiring additional communication, training, or stakeholder support.

Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred. Experience: Minimum of five years of experience supporting change management or project delivery initiatives.

Experience working in professional services, legal, consulting, or other client-facing environments. Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM platforms) preferred. Skills: Working knowledge of change management and project management principles, with the ability to apply them to support execution and problem-solving.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to support understanding and adoption across different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and navigate a matrixed environment. Additional information Supervisory responsibilities: None Equipment used: Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copier, scanner, etc.

Essential job functions Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring prolonged and/or extensive computer use. Ability to work in the office as required to meet business or project needs. Working conditions You will be required to work in the office at minimum 4 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule.

The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor. Pay ranges This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $53.37 to $65.38, with an estimated annual compensation range of $104,000 to $127,000, based on expected hours.

This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
