 Hill International is seeking a Program Director - Transportation in Orlando, Florida

Program Director for the Central Florida Expressway Authority Construction Management Consultant Contract (CMC). This position will manage our team that is responsible to help deliver CFX's 5-year, $4B Construction Program. The position includes working directly with Central Florida Expressway Staff and providing analysis and professional recommendations for construction and contract issues. This candidate will also work with Southeast Region's Vice President to help identify and pursue new opportunities and expand Hill's presence and workload throughout Florida.

  • Provide overall leadership of our office and field team
  • Evaluate staff levels and performance, and work to grow our team
  • Manage our CMC Contract to include internal financial reporting and performance
  • Manage our sub-consultant contracts, including staffing and services performed
  • Prepare dashboard reports including construction and performance metrics
  • This position will work with multiple (20+) of CFX's consultants including Construction Engineering and Inspection firms, materials testing firms, and other specialty service providers to help manage contracts and coordinate their work
  • Coordinate with CFX's General Engineering Consultant to provide Plan and Constructability Reviews
  • Work on internal process improvement and efficiencies to manage the workload
