Chief Financial Officer (Corporate Office – Raleigh, NC)

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our Corporate Office located in Raleigh, NC.

NOTE: Please read the attached Chief Financial Officer Position Profile.

PURPOSE: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the organization’s fiscal integrity and sustainability. The CFO ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, drives financial planning and analysis, and aligns financial management with the organization’s mission and long-term goals, while safeguarding all Grow Early Learning funds in accordance with agency, federal, state, and local standards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Experience

Accepted: Master in Accounting, Finance or related field, and ten years of financial and management experience in a leadership role. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification strongly preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Ability

Ability to communicate, receive, and transfer written, oral, and electronic information effectively. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting principles. Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance management. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders. Proficient in financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
