Location: 249 Plainfield Rd (RTE 12A), WEST LEBANON, NH, 03784 A McDonald's Certified Swing Manager is a trained and certified leader responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with McDonald's brand standards, with a strong focus on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.The Certified Swing Manager leads the shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels, including drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside. They monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.This role is accountable for food safety and operational compliance

The Certified Swing Manager enforces food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time and temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. They conduct travel paths, ensure critical control points are being followed, and take immediate corrective action when standards are not met.Financial stewardship is also a key responsibility. The Certified Swing Manager manages labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs

They monitor waste, complete product counts as required, and protect company assets by following cash-handling and security procedures.Leadership and team development are central to the position. The Certified Swing Manager trains and coaches crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards. They provide real-time feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance gaps constructively
