Executive Summary

The Director, Data Products leads the strategy and delivery of Med Tech Supply Chain data products that form the foundation of the organization's Digital Brain-transforming raw data into trusted, business-ready, and AI-enabled assets.

This role is accountable for building and scaling high-quality, reusable data products and semantic models that power analytics, enable AI, and drive fact-based decision-making across MedTech Supply Chain and enterprise functions.

Operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology, this leader ensures that data ready to fuel insights and digital innovation.

What This Role Delivers

Builds the Enterprise Data Foundation

  • Leads the transformation of raw and fragmented data into trusted, governed, and scalable data products
  • Establishes standardized, reusable data assets that serve as the single source of truth across the enterprise
  • Ensures data is reliable, consistent, and ready for downstream analytics and AI

2. Enables AI-Ready Data at Scale

  • Designs data products and semantic layers that are explicitly optimized for AI and sophisticated analytics use cases
  • Ensures data is structured, contextualized, and consumable at point of need
  • Advances the organization from handling data to activating intelligent data

3. Drives Business Value Through Data Products

  • Partners with business leaders to identify high-value data opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Tracks and communicates measurable value realization from data initiatives

4. Establishes a Product-Based Data Operating Model

  • Owns the shift from project-based delivery to data as a product
  • Embeds' product thinking, lifecycle ownership, and continuous improvement across the data organization
  • Aligns teams around delivering enduring, reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions

5. Leads MedTech Data Transformation

  • Defines the roadmap for modernizing data capabilities, governance, and architecture
  • Drives alignment across global, cross-functional partners in a complex environment
  • Builds and leads high-performing teams and partners to deliver at scale

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

Required:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant professional work experience
  • Data, analytics, AI or digital leadership roles.
  • A consistent track record of project delivery and business relationship management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills - operate as an independent leader with understanding and appreciation of the global/enterprise context.
  • Strong presentation skills - ability to speak across various forums and communicate to s broad, diverse audience required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
