You will ensure every customer leaves confident and excited about their purchase, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs of Genesis vehicle technology and features for new owners.
  • Ensure customers understand all aspects of their vehicle’s capabilities and connectivity options.
  • Coordinate and manage vehicle deliveries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the new owner experience.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to maintain a seamless delivery process.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving our customer satisfaction index rankings.
Requirements
