We are Hiring for Sales Executiveย  inย Cerritos, CAย

Summary
โ€‹We are looking for a business developer or what I call a hunter. ย We would want this person to have a passion for sports. ย Maybe likely to be a lifelong sports fan. ย We feel they would be better able to identify with our existing and prospective customers. ย Primarily D1, D2 and D3 Universities and professional sports teams
100% onsite - needs to be local to SVP
โ€‹Salary 55,000/yr.
โ€‹convert after 3mo
โ€‹Once converted, there will be a commission schedule

Responsibilities

Development of comprehensive proposals for prospective customer.
Creation of marketing and social media communications program to targeted colleges and universities.
Interaction with existing customers including: ย Catalog distribution accounts, dealers, franchises and digital print clients as needed.
Travel nationwide as approved by VP Sales to potential customers and confirm measurements at their venues.
Attendance and participation in industry tradeshows.
โ€‹Good understanding that D1 schools have higher sports budges then D2 and D3
โ€‹Working from an existing listNeeds: "fire in their belly", very disciplinedHigh volume of Cold Calls
Ex. in Sales Force (for business development) and QuickBooks (Quotes & enterprise actions) is a plus
โ€‹Most proposals will be at $50K - 300K in sales
โ€‹Ex. in speaking w/ VP and Director-level customers
โ€‹Not tons of travel, but would go a day or two to visit a primary client, then plan cold calls to the surrounding area
โ€‹Would participate in trade shows (about 4 per year)
