Wholesale Sales Assistant


Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Wholesale Account Coordinator to support our wholesale accounts. In this role, you will help drive account performance through strong communication, operational execution, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is eager to grow into a more advanced sales role over time. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless order execution from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of assigned wholesale accounts in partnership with the Sales team
  • Execute sales orders end-to-end, including order entry, tracking, returns, and credit management
  • Assist with private label account order processing and coordination
  • Communicate regularly with accounts regarding order status, shipments, backorders, and promotional opportunities
  • Maintain and distribute accurate inventory reporting for department stores and wholesale partners
  • Coordinate inventory transfers with internal teams and warehouse partners to maximize order fulfillment
  • Assist with the development and communication of in-season offers and sales initiatives
  • Manage sample trafficking for marketing, photoshoots, and events
  • Oversee seasonal catalog and line sheet distribution, including maintaining accurate contact databases
  • Support showroom setup, seasonal line preparation, and in-house sales meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the Production team, including purchase order entry as needed
