Unlike permanent secretaries, casual secretaries typically work flexible hours and may be employed to cover staff absences, peak periods, or short-term projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a casual secretary, and why are they important?

Casual secretaries often face the challenge of adapting quickly to new office environments and workflows, as their assignments may vary frequently. Building strong organizational skills and being proactive in asking questions can help overcome these challenges.
