SCA Pacific Case Management is seeking a qualified Vocational Case Management Assistant/Intern to support return-to work efforts of workers who were injured on the job. Candidates MUST possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in psychology, sociology, or Human Services AND a valid Washington State Driver’s License WITH reliable personal transportation.  This position will work under the close guidance of a seasoned Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.  Skills learned will include how to engage with workers, employers, and medical providers to facilitate the return-to-work process.  Tasks will involve preparing correspondence, reports and case documents, monitoring client treatments, assisting with routine follow up calls, scheduling appointments and attending face to face meetings with parties to claims.  The goal of this position is to prepare you for a career as a certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Qualified and interested candidates must apply by 07/31/26.
