Firm Information
Downtown Indy law firm specializing in Social Security/Long Term Disability, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases. Consisting of seven attorneys and up to 16 legal support staff including: paralegals, legal assistants and case administrators etc. The firm has been in business for over 20 years and 75 years of combined experience representing Indiana citizens.
Case Administrator- The Case Administrator greet clients, give them paperwork, notify attorney when they are ready to be seen, answer phones and responsible for giving updates to a segment of firm current clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and answer questions regarding client case.
  • Draft correspondence to clients, Social Security Administration, etc.
  • Schedule appointment for clients, vendors and assist in maintaining attorney calendars.
  • Process exhibit secured medical records and prepare files for hearing.
  • Prioritize caseload based on disability guidelines and hearing deadlines.
  • Contact clients to obtain medical information while complying with HIPPA guidelines.
  • Process questionnaires for upcoming hearing.
  • Must be okay with working in a fast paced, busy environment requiring common sense, courtesy, ability to work with others. Need to be able to go down a flight of stairs to the basement when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Office is prepared to train the right person
  • Starting salary $30,000 plus (based on experience)
