What You'll Do

  • Build and expand a broker client base within your territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow production
  • Manage pipeline, performance metrics, and account activity
  • Drive wallet share and market share across your accounts
  • Deliver training on products, process, and the Octane platform
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities
  • Provide market intelligence and act as a trusted advisor to broker partners
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure execution excellence
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • 4+ years as a top-performing Wholesale AE
  • Established book of broker relationships
  • Deep knowledge of GSE guidelines, RESPA, TILA, QM, TRID, and related regulations
  • Strong technology fluency (LOS, CRM, pricing engines, underwriting tools)
  • High energy, competitive mindset, and strong sales discipline
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% within your territory

Compensation

  • Commission-based with initial guarantee (depending on experience)
  • Base range: approximately $23,000โ€“$37,000 (depending on experience)
