What You Will Do

  • Educate borrowers on products, pricing, and loan options
  • Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into funded loans

Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year Loan Originator experience
  • Active (or ability to obtain) NMLS license per the SAFE Act; multi-state licensing encouraged โ€“ we support your growth
  • Proven sales performance and closing ability
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High level of detail orientation and accountability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong technical/computer proficiency

Compensation

$36,000 base + highly competitive commission plan
