What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a high-performing retail origination team
  • Recruit, hire, and develop Loan Originators and support staff
  • Drive production, performance metrics, and customer experience
  • Oversee compliance, pricing adherence, and operational execution
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with senior leadership
  • Manage branch financials and expenses
  • Continue personal production alongside leadership responsibilities
  • Contribute to evolving the retail business model



Requirements:

What You Bring

  • NMLS License required; multi-state licensing may be required
  • 3+ years managing a mortgage sales team with proven results
  • 5+ years in mortgage sales in a high-performance environment
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage products, compliance, and pricing
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
  • Strong business acumen and leadership presence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing profitability

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission + branch override
