What You'll Do
- Build and expand a broker client base within your territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow production
- Manage pipeline, performance metrics, and account activity
- Drive wallet share and market share across your accounts
- Deliver training on products, process, and the Octane platform
- Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities
- Provide market intelligence and act as a trusted advisor to broker partners
- Collaborate with operations to ensure execution excellence
Requirements:
What You Bring
- 4+ years as a top-performing Wholesale AE
- Established book of broker relationships
- Deep knowledge of GSE guidelines, RESPA, TILA, QM, TRID, and related regulations
- Strong technology fluency (LOS, CRM, pricing engines, underwriting tools)
- High energy, competitive mindset, and strong sales discipline
- Ability to travel approximately 75% within your territory
Compensation
- Commission-based with initial guarantee (depending on experience)
- Base range: approximately $23,000โ$37,000 (depending on experience)
