• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to effectively evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing our telehealth software.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client evaluations, ensuring each plan is evidence-based and culturally sensitive.
• Engage clients in counseling sessions via our secure online platforms, fostering a trusting environment that encourages open dialogue.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive client care that drives effective outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technologies is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability to remote counseling methodologies.

The compensation for this full-time position falls within the competitive range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, offering a solid foundation for financial wellness.
