Cardinal Health Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our outpatient practice based in Irving, Texas. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on various therapeutic modalities, ensuring the delivery of care is prevention-oriented.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
• Work alongside additional treatment providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of session notes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance practice methods and share insights.
• Contribute to building a positive clinic culture by fostering connection and collaboration within the team.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Cardinal Health Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients is crucial as you assist them in setting and achieving their treatment goals.

• Must hold a valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
• Strong aptitude for building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.

• Experience in utilizing community mental health resources is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to assist with documentation and client tracking.
• Skills in delivering teletherapy and adapting therapeutic approaches for online sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
