What You'll Do:

  • Process Daily Transactions: Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
  • Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
  • Track and Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
  • Support Documentation and Compliance: Scan documents into the Digital Deal Jacket and review IRS Form 8300s for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations: Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
  • Assist with Accounting Schedules: Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Cross-Train and Provide Backup: Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
  • Meet Performance Standards: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

  • High School graduate or equivalent required
