What You'll Do

  • Process Daily Transactions: Handle check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales accounting schedules

  • Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission

  • Track & Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items to support compliance

  • Collaborate with Store Teams: Partner with Business Managers and dealership teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition

  • Support Accounting Schedules: Assist with maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned

  • Cross-Train: Learn additional functions, including Title & Registration, to support team operations

  • Deliver Results: Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all responsibilities

Compensation: The full range for this position is $16.85-$26/hour. The anticipated starting pay is $20-$24, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
