The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated campus chef for our collegiate team in Savannah, GA. As a campus chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests.
What you'll be doing:
  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
  • At least five years of progressive culinary experience in a leadership role
  • At least 1-2 year of high volume food service in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Associate's degree in culinary arts.
