Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Marketing & Campaign Project Management
    • Execute marketing plans for artist releases and tours by translating strategy into tasks and timelines in our project management system (Asana).
    • Oversee project setup, asset requests, and delivery, working closely with the other Project Managers and Creative Team to ensure assets are created on time
    • Ensure teams are equipped with approved assets, copy, visuals, and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with artists, vendors, and internal teams to support the smooth execution of campaigns and email marketing.
    • Help track campaign performance as needed to the EWR Marketing Manager and Label Director
    • Be the liaison between other departments for marketing needs - communication and email team, programming team, Web Development, eGroups, etc.
    • Build relationships with creatives as well as other departments to ensure effective communication and processes
  • Event & Gift Coordination
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing events (e.g., album release parties, radio tours, summits)
    • Coordinate event logistics-including communication with vendors and purchasing food, dĂ©cor, and supplies.
    • Manage ideation, packaging, and distribution of marketing-related gifts (radio & tastemaker campaigns)
    • Support other label events like live recordings as needed
  • Social Media Support
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager, EWR Social Media Manager, and Art Director to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns
    • Ensure alignment on campaign timelines, messaging, and necessary assets
    • Ensure collaboration with other artists and the church happens, and social assets are made available to everyone who needs them in order to support the campaign well
  • General Support & Admin
    • Respond to Elevation Worship inquiries as needed
    • Manage and adhere to budgets as needed
    • Contribute to brainstorms as needed
MUST-HAVES
  • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
  • Familiarity with Elevation Worship and/or Elevation RHYTHM
  • A passion for music, marketing, and storytelling that connects people to the message behind the music
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • A clear and confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital content trends
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented-you're willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team win
  • A team-first mindset with a heart for excellence and a high standard for execution
NICE-TO-HAVES

DAY-TO-DAY
  • We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
  • There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
  • Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
