We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Campaign Manager to support the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including product marketing, digital, creative, field marketing, and sales-to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex projects from planning through performance optimization.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign activities across email, digital advertising, events, and paid media.
  • Manage campaign setup and execution in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and other tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product marketing and strategy teams to understand messaging frameworks and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, social media, and communications teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to support regional activation and localization of global campaigns.

Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and maintain campaign project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external contributors, including agencies and vendors, to ensure on-time and on-brand execution.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively address risks or delays.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support reporting on campaign outcomes, including lead generation, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Sales Enablement & Communication

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support targeted campaigns and ensure alignment on messaging and follow-up strategies.
  • Communicate key campaign details, assets, and timelines to internal stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement.

Skills & competencies:

  • Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and analytics tools.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
