Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking a Campaign Project Manager in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
The Campaign Project Manager is responsible for driving the operational execution of marketing campaigns from planning through delivery. This role serves as the central coordinator across internal stakeholders, agency partners, and event teams to ensure campaign assets, content, timelines, and communications are aligned, organized, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the development, review, and delivery of campaign asset toolkits with agency partners, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
* Track, collect, organize, and maintain final campaign deliverables while ensuring asset compliance, version control, and accessibility
* Manage asset repositories and support the distribution of approved materials to internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain campaign timelines, project plans, status trackers, and supporting documentation across multiple initiatives
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates through executive reports, working documents, and stakeholder communications
* Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary to keep projects on track
* Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign asset requests, locating and distributing materials to business stakeholders, executives, and event teams
* Coordinate operational activities across multiple agency partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and seamless execution
* Facilitate communication between teams to keep priorities, deliverables, and expectations synchronized
* Connect campaign discussions, content, action items, and attendee participation across recurring meetings and agendas
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience managing campaign specific projects from start to finish
* Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills
* Adobe experience is preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
