Job SummaryThe Campaign Program Manager supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by translating campaign plans into structured workflows, coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external partners, and helping ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time. This role is responsible for maintaining project visibility, supporting asset and execution readiness, managing documentation, and providing reporting support that enables Senior Campaign Managers to execute programs with consistency and speed.

Role Description

Campaign Operations & Workflow Management:

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by translating campaign plans into structured workflows, timelines, and assigned tasks.

  • Manage campaign projects in project management tools, including task creation, dependencies, status updates, and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure naming conventions, workflow structure, and execution records are consistent across programs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, operations, and partner marketing, to ensure campaign work is routed appropriately and progresses on schedule.

  • Proactively identify gaps in workflows, unclear ownership, or stalled deliverables, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues or escalate when needed.

Execution Support & Launch Readiness:

  • Support the setup and build of campaign components, including emails, landing pages, forms, and related assets, using established templates and tools.

  • Prepare briefs, assets, links, and execution inputs for internal and external teams, ensuring required campaign components are complete and aligned prior to launch.

  • Support administrative workflows related to campaign execution, including documentation, legal review submissions, purchase order coordination, and partner-related requirements.

Reporting & Performance Visibility:

  • Pull campaign performance data and generate structured reports to support visibility into campaign execution, progress, and outcomes.

  • Provide reporting support to Senior Campaign Managers and help ensure campaign data is accurate, timely, and aligned across relevant systems.

Other Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, project management, or a related role.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent campaigns.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, creative, digital, and partner teams.

  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, following established processes, and supporting consistent execution standards.

  • Experience supporting campaign planning and execution across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

  • Experience using project management tools to track work, manage dependencies, and maintain execution visibility.

  • Familiarity with core marketing channels and campaign components, including email, landing pages, digital assets, content, and reporting.

Preferred
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
