Job description

JINGOLI Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, be able to work well with our team, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Incumbents will assist in overseeing pre-construction, constructability reviews, all on-site construction management activities, and quality control. Our ideal candidate has 5-10 years of construction management and project management experience.

Job Title: Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

· On-Site Role overseeing one or multiple projects

· Ability to plan and coordinate all aspects of a construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control

· Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure completion on time and within budget.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and meet specifications

· Monitor construction progress and identify and resolve issues that may impact the project timeline or budget

· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

· Supervise and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

· Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns and questions

· Prepare and maintain accurate working logs of construction activities, job information sheets, daily reports, safety requirements, progress photos, and more

· Ability to analyze, manage, and mitigate risks for the client

· Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout all phases of the project

· Enforce QA/QC measures to ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

· Proficient in project management software and tools

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues

· Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

· Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
