At Rockstar Games, we create world-class entertainment experiences.

Become part of a team working on some of the most rewarding, large-scale creative projects to be found in any entertainment medium - all within an inclusive, highly-motivated environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a Project Manager who possess a passion for leading execution on cross-functional initiatives. This role is part of the PM / Production organization and provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO
  • We partner with team leads, directors, and subject matter experts across IT and Security.
  • We deliver end-to-end project execution for both internal team projects and cross-departmental efforts.
  • We ensure project requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery.
  • Build collaborative processes with development teams that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.
  • Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project's life cycle.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.
  • Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
  • Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.
PLUSES

Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
HOW TO APPLY

Please apply with a resume and cover letter demonstrating how you meet the skills above. If we would like to move forward with your application, a Rockstar recruiter will reach out to you to explain next steps and guide you through the process.
