This role is integral to our operations in industrial dismantling, rigging, and demolition across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of large-scale projects, including commercial, industrial, and government ventures, while demonstrating strong leadership and project management abilities. This is a full-time, unionized position offering exciting opportunities to lead high-profile, technically challenging projects.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage projects involving industrial facility rigging, dismantling, and demolition.
  • Lead and coordinate union and non-union teams on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate daily with senior management and project managers to align project goals and schedules.
  • Assist with project estimating, bidding, and submitting accurate change orders, including material and labor calculations.
  • Travel mostly in Tri-State area, with potential for nation wide and internationally to project sites as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and outside agencies.


Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of construction-related experience; expertise in demolition and rigging is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or green card holder).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Computer Ease).
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid professional references are required.
