Job description

Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation practice helps organizations solve complex business challenges, improve performance, and drive large-scale change. As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will support client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, analysis, and implementation support to help clients move from strategy to execution. This role offers the opportunity to work across transformation initiatives, stakeholder groups, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting client engagements focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
  • Creating client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and status updates
  • Coordinating workstreams, tracking action items, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
  • Contributing to internal practice development through research, proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets
