RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead onboarding, campaign kickoffs, and ongoing strategy discussions
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business models, goals and KPIs
  • Communicate performance insights clearly and confidently
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships

Project & Campaign Management

  • Own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Coordinate internal teams across paid media, organic, email, social, etc.
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and align with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate internal status meetings and maintain team accountability
  • Identify risks early and proactively solve problems
  • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with agreed-upon deliverables

Strategy & Performance Oversight

  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure tactical alignment
  • Review campaign performance reports for accuracy and insight
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure initiatives are driving measurable results
  • Recommend adjustments based on performance data and trends

Operational Excellence

REQUIREMENTS

  • 36+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working with performance marketing or lead generation accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, lead generation, CRO, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
