Campaign Success Specialist

Campaign Success Specialist

Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate paid social & influencer campaigns across internal teams.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, assets, audience specs, UTM/pixel setup, landing pages, and campaign readiness.
  • Track deliverables, send follow-ups, manage risks/issues, and maintain dashboards/trackers.
  • Pull and summarize campaign data from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Ads, and Sprinklr.
  • Prepare executive-friendly reports with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, reach, conversions, etc.
  • Support process improvements, campaign templates, and influencer logistics.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing project management, paid media coordination, or account management.
  • Experience with paid social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics and reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely across global teams/time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Sprinklr or social media management tools.
