Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate paid social & influencer campaigns across internal teams.
- Manage timelines, approvals, assets, audience specs, UTM/pixel setup, landing pages, and campaign readiness.
- Track deliverables, send follow-ups, manage risks/issues, and maintain dashboards/trackers.
- Pull and summarize campaign data from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Ads, and Sprinklr.
- Prepare executive-friendly reports with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, reach, conversions, etc.
- Support process improvements, campaign templates, and influencer logistics.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years in digital marketing project management, paid media coordination, or account management.
- Experience with paid social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and reporting.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely across global teams/time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sprinklr or social media management tools.
- Influencer/creator marketing experience.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking, analytics, and ad pixel setup.
- Background in consumer tech or B2B tech environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
