Cato Networks is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support the North America (NAM) Marketing organization while driving global operational excellence across Channel and Field Marketing.

This is and individual contributor role that combines regional ownership with global impact. As the primary Marketing Operations partner for the NAM marketing team, you will drive campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, marketing automation, attribution, pipeline generation, and performance measurement initiatives that directly influence revenue growth. In parallel, you will partner with global Channel and Field Marketing teams to build scalable operational frameworks, optimize partner and field marketing programs, and establish consistent processes, reporting, and governance across regions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations expertise, with deep experience managing modern go-to-market technology stacks, marketing analytics, funnel measurement, and cross-functional process optimization. This individual will play a key role in advancing Cato's AI transformation strategy by identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-powered workflows, automation solutions, and operational efficiencies that improve marketing performance, accelerate execution, and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Success in this role requires a strategic operator who can translate data into business insights, optimize the customer and partner journey, improve attribution and revenue visibility, and drive operational excellence across a rapidly growing global marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

North America Marketing Operations

  • Serve as the primary Marketing Operations partner for the NAM marketing team.
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, reporting, measurement, and optimization.
  • Manage lead lifecycle processes, campaign operations, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

Global Channel & Field Marketing Operations

  • Partner with global Channel and Field Marketing teams to support marketing programs, partner initiatives, and field campaigns.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support Partner Portal operations and partner engagement programs.
  • Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and operational consistency across regions.

Systems, Analytics & Process Optimization

  • Own and optimize marketing systems, including Salesforce, Marketodummynbsp;HubSpot, Demandbase, Dreamdata, ZoomInfo, and related GTM platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, system integration, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI, and process optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing systems, analytics, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Channel Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and/or HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with AI automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows, automations, and operational processes .
  • Strong experience managing marketing technologies, integrations, and campaign operations.
  • Proven experience building dashboards, analyzing marketing performance, and translating data into business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel management, attribution, lead lifecycle management, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and passion for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in partner marketing programs/partner portal implementation – a plus
