Marketing Campaign Manager (GTM)

Full-time

Job description

101domain is a global domain registrar, domain name service, and technology provider serving individuals and enterprises. We're a profitable, growing business with a clear GTM motion - and we need a GTM Campaign Manager who can take it further.

The role
This isn't a coordinator position. You'll own strategy and execution: building ICPs, designing multi-channel campaigns, running HubSpot, and reporting on what's working. You'll work closely with sales and product, and you'll be expected to bring ideas, move fast, and iterate based on data.
We're a small team. We need someone who executes, not just plans. You'll be hands-on with HubSpot, copy, targeting, and analytics - not managing agencies or waiting for resources.

AI at 101domain
We've made AI adoption a core part of how we work. You'll use HubSpot's AI features to personalize at scale, accelerate campaign builds, and sharpen targeting. If you want your marketing skills to stay genuinely current with where B2B marketing is heading, this role delivers that.

What we're looking for

Required:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a campaign management or demand generation role
  • Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience - workflows, sequences, lead scoring, nurture journeys, campaign reporting, and CRM hygiene; HubSpot certification preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology marketing; domain services experience is a plus but not required
  • Proven track record building and executing multi-channel campaigns that generated measurable pipeline - you can point to MQLs, pipeline influenced, and CAC by channel
  • ICP-driven segmentation and ABM motion experience
  • Copywriting ability across email, landing pages, LinkedIn ads, and sales enablement - clear, specific, and jargon-free
  • Solid grasp of funnel economics: CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and attribution modeling
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Nice to have:

  • SEO and organic content experience
  • Familiarity with domain industry concepts (DNS, DMARC, TLDs, registrar/registry) - willingness to learn matters more than existing knowledge
  • Experience using Jira or Asana for campaign delivery tracking
