Job description

Overview

The Marketing Campaign Manager owns HR Acuity's marketing funnel end-to-end, moving prospects from initial awareness of employee relations and HR Acuity through to qualified leads handed off to sales. This is a build-and-execute role focused on email, account-based marketing, and the channels that tie them into one cohesive story.

The role centers on meaningful database touchpoints, a refined and accelerated ABM approach, and an omnichannel strategy that connects email, ABM, events, and webinars. Success is measured by pipeline growth and the quality of leads passed to sales, not campaign volume alone.

What this role is:

  • An owner of the end-to-end marketing funnel, from awareness through qualified leads passed to sales.
  • A hands-on builder of email nurture campaigns, with campaign management and email marketing as the core of the day to day.
  • Someone who has run ABM through a formal, owned process using relevant ABM tools, not ad hoc account targeting.
  • A cross-functional hub working with product marketing, content, events, and sales to tell one cohesive story across channels.
  • Someone comfortable writing and editing marketing content independently, including nurture emails.
  • A fit for someone who has done this work inside a B2B SaaS company and can operate in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.

What this role isn't:

  • Not a broad, generalist marketing Email and campaign management have to be the center of gravity, not a side responsibility.
  • Not a marketing operations or systems administration role focused only on configuring tools.
  • Not a coordinator-level role focused only on task execution.
  • Not an execution-only ABM You own the strategy, the process and the tools, not just individual plays someone else designed.

At HR Acuity, we empower our team to #BeBold-embracing innovation and new challenges. With the right tools, we help you #WorkSmarter, fostering collaboration so we can all be #BetterTogether. If you're excited about being part our growth story, we'd love to chat!
