Join our team as a Seasonal Call Center Supervisor and play a key role in elevating customer satisfaction, employee performance, and operational success.
Position: Work From Home Call Center Supervisor
  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Equipment Provided and Shipped directly to your home

  • Weekly pay/Full time hours
  • Benefits offered DAY ONE
  • Schedule: Must be able to work any 8-hour shift assigned to you Monday-Friday between 8 AM-9PM EST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, leadership teams, and call center staff.
  • Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels.
  • Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers and partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication logs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, workflows, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: MUST HAVE 1 year or more of RECENT call center Leadership experience

  • Recent experience in leadership with awesome communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work any shift within 8 AM-9 PM EST/CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace. (NO MOBILE HOTSPOTS ALLOWED)
