East Hartford, CT - Onsite Office Contract Role

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, long-term contract
Pay Rate: $21 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

  • Takes and responds to a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment

  • Works with multiple software programs and toggles between programs using dual monitors

  • Patiently and compassionately responds to callers regarding confidential information

  • Be at the forefront of business operations by managing critical tasks like front-end duties, image and data capture, payment services, and content management for documents and transactions.

  • Data entry of information into a variety of tracking systems

What you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience within a call center setting. Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and have excellent decision-making skills

  • Professional and excellent communication skills; personable and able to handle high-stress calls

  • Good computer skills; able to learn new software easily

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana and CBD
