Job description

PURPOSE
Performs duties within the Call Center which include communication with guests, inputting customer orders, processing payments, and other duties as assigned to support Call Center operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Functions
• Answer telephone quickly within Pizza Hut guidelines
  • Clearly communicate to customers all specials and promotions
  • Follow up on customer orders and report issues to MIC
  • Accurately record customer orders on to POS system
  • Communicate to store personnel any special requests
  • Keep cubicle and work area clean and organized at all times

• Ensure that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
Other Functions
• Performs other duties as assigned.
