Job description

At the Servco Customer Care Center, we provide top notch service to our customers. If you have a positive attitude, like to work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, this may be the position for you. Customer Care Coordinators work in our centralized call center and assist customers with scheduling appointments for service at our various dealerships across Hawaii.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up phone calls in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and follow-up with customers regarding email and online appointment requests
  • Accurately identify and document appropriate service and maintenance needed
  • Coordinate shuttle or loaner service, as requested
  • Effectively resolves customer issues or concerns
  • Ensures regular communication with customers to include reminder calls, status updates on vehicle service, scheduling follow-up appointments, etc.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm
  • Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule between Monday through Saturday. Work hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm
