Outside B2B Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning | Roslyn, NY


Base salary $50K–$60K plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential.


A growing commercial cleaning and facility services company located in Roslyn, NY is seeking a driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Long Island territory.

What You Will Do

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities throughout the Roslyn and Long Island territory

• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers

• Understand client needs and present customized commercial cleaning solutions

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and close new business

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract execution

• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week

• Utilize CRM systems to track activity, opportunities, and pipeline development

• Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list within the CRM

• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure excellent client service

• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment


Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of B2B sales

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Experience in both inside and outside sales environments preferred

• Strong prospecting and territory development skills

• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage a defined sales process

• Energetic, driven personality with a passion for winning new business


Preferred

• Sales training certifications such as Sandler, Dale Carnegie, or President’s Club recognition


Compensation
