About Us

We provide strategic consulting and technology services with a strong focus on customer success, helping organizations manage both the people and process sides of PLM implementation. Founded in 2002 during the dot-com downturn, ArcherGrey was created to meet the urgent need for a PLM services company with proven talent, experience, and a results-driven mindset. Since then, we have built a trusted reputation for delivering on time, adapting to client needs, and guiding companies as they adopt and integrate robust PLM solutions.

  • Manage Agile user stories and related artifacts within designated tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Catalog, organize, and maintain project artifacts such as process maps, gap analyses, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Support project governance activities by summarizing weekly core team status updates, tracking action items, and following them through to completion.
Requirements:
About the CandidateYou are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to cross-functional teams. You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to business process analysis and enjoy translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation. You are collaborative, adaptable, and confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive solutions forward.
