Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior technology and transformation leader to drive business process transformation, analytics, and end-user computing (EUC/EUCC) modernization across a complex banking environment. This role is responsible for evaluating current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps, and designing improved operating models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and governance.

The role partners closely with business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to transform manual, fragmented, and spreadsheet-based processes into sustainable, technology-enabled solutions. A key focus area is EUC/EUCC governance, including inventory assessment, prioritization, remediation, and transition to appropriate target-state platforms. The position applies structured process engineering methods-such as process mapping, bottleneck analysis, and control design-to deliver measurable operational improvements supported by data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide business process transformation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize workflows.
  • Assess current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual workarounds, and data quality issues.
  • Design and implement future-state operating models, including process flows, control points, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee EUC/EUCC transformation efforts, including inventory assessment, prioritization, remediation, and modernization.
  • Drive analytics and reporting modernization through governed data, reusable datasets, dashboards, and Power BI solutions.
  • Enable automation and workflow improvements using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow.
  • Define and monitor performance metrics, operational KPIs, and control effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with audit, regulatory, risk, data governance, and information security requirements.
  • Lead QA, testing, and validation activities to confirm solution effectiveness and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, sustainable improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, analytics, or technology-enabled operational improvement.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience applying process engineering methodologies (process mapping, workflow redesign, bottleneck analysis, control design).
  • Proven ability to transform manual, spreadsheet-based, or EUC-driven processes into governed, scalable solutions.
  • Experience delivering analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven operating models.
  • Background in financial services or regulated environments with strong audit, compliance, and risk requirements.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities and drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Expertise in business process engineering, workflow design, and operating model development.
  • Strong analytics capabilities, including KPI definition, reporting, and dashboard design.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI, ServiceNow, and enterprise data tools.
  • Understanding of EUC/EUCC environments, including spreadsheets, Access databases, and manual processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles (data quality, lineage, controls) and QA/testing practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance agility with governance, auditability, and long-term sustainability.
Success Measures
  • Reduction in manual effort, process cycle time, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Progress in EUC/EUCC assessment, remediation, and modernization.
  • Increased adoption of governed analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Improved process transparency, control effectiveness, and audit readiness.
  • Successful delivery of transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder satisfaction
