Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in process mapping to join their team. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills in data analysis and reporting, along with the ability to design and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
• Create and automate advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Conduct process mapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all analytical deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, automation).
• Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
• Strong experience in data modeling and database structures.
