Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Mapper / Business Process Analyst to support process documentation and improvement initiatives for our subsidiary, Bankers Insurance Group. This individual will work directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to capture, document, and analyze current business processes while helping identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency.
The ideal candidate has experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and business analysis, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and process discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Document current-state business processes using flowcharts, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related materials.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing future-state process maps and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support process improvement projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and project teams.
  • Maintain process mapping standards and documentation best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, operations, or process documentation.
