Overview:

Our client is seeking a process-driven Business Analyst to support enterprise process improvement and workflow automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing future-state workflows that drive operational efficiency. The right candidate will own projects from discovery through solution design while collaborating closely with technical teams to bring those solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and operational needs

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

• Design future-state workflows and process improvements using Microsoft Visio

• Translate business requirements into solution designs for development teams

• Facilitate meetings with business leaders, end users, and technical teams

• Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with developers during implementation and testing

• Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing changing priorities

• Participate in process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Workflow Analyst, or similar role

• Strong experience creating workflow diagrams and process maps using Microsoft Visio

• Experience gathering business requirements and designing future-state solutions

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and cross-functional collaboration

• Familiarity with workflow automation or business process management platforms is a plus

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
