Job description

As the TPM (Systems & Business Process Review), you will play a critical role in evaluating and optimizing Manufacturing Business Processes including Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Equipment & Asset Management, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics processes and relevant Business Application Systems. This role will serve as a champion of change management, working with cross-functional teams to assess existing workflows, identify business needs at scale, and recommend and lead structured improvements that enhance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all Manufacturing Operations teams, leveraging your experience scaling complex manufacturing environments. This role requires a targeted balance of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement alongside expertise in SAP/ERP systems to ensure process optimizations are seamlessly integrated into our Business Application Systems.
In this role, you will
  • Lead Business Process Reviews across Manufacturing Operations, analyzing end-to-end workflows and identifying opportunities for standardization, simplification, optimization, and scalability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes, operational requirements, success criteria, and key performance metrics.
  • Program manage the Systems Pillar of the Zoox Production System (ZPS), ensuring effective implementation, integration, adoption, and sustainment of business systems.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, BizApps, IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to translate operational needs into process and system solutions.
  • Develop and execute change management, communication, and adoption strategies to support successful deployment of new systems, processes, and operating models.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and continuous improvement activities, while monitoring process effectiveness, compliance, adoption metrics, and post-implementation outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Program Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading business process transformation, enterprise systems implementations, or large-scale cross-functional programs in a manufacturing, operations, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes, translating operational requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, including ERP, Quality Management Systems, PLM, MES, or related platforms in a manufacturing and logistics environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

Bonus Qualifications
  • SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Program Management, etc.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification

$186,000 - $223,000 a year
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
